Know The Truth Radio Is Launched

A new, 25 minute daily radio program titled Know The Truth has been announced here at the National Religious Broadcasters convention in Nashville.  Featuring the Bible teaching of Pastor De Courcy of Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, CA, Know The Truth will start broadcasting on March 15 and will be made available to stations all over the country.  One of it’s first releases will be on KKLA in Los Angeles.

It is my privilege and honor to serve as the host/announcer for this exciting new ministry which will be produced and represented by my good friend Roger Kemp and his team at Roger Kemp and Company.

Who is this pastor with the Irish accent?  He was born and raised in northern Ireland by committed Christian parents.  While working as a street cop in law enforcement, Philip felt the call of God to study for the ministry.  That crossroad in Philip’s life led him to southern California where he attended The Master’s Seminary.  After earning his degree, Philip began working and teaching local churches.  And today, he’s the senior pastor at Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, California.  Philip is married to June and they have three daughters.

On Know The Truth you can expect the straight- forward proclamation of God’s inspired Word.  This daily program will be a place you can count on to hear in-depth teaching from the Bible and it’s application to every aspect of our lives.  To learn more about Know The Truth and Philip’s ministry, visit the soon-to-be launched website

Thanks for your prayers for this exciting new ministry venture!

I grew up among the Plymouth Brethren teaching and your ministry sounds very much like a lot of their preachers from Ireland. When you mention Dr Carl Arm-a-ding (Spelling)I realize you have been in good company. I heard him a COD in Los Angles years ago and visited with him in the Brethren Claremont Assembles Home in his later years in Claremont California.

Thank you for your service. What is the name of the instrumental recording that plays as your program comes on and goes off, and who performs it?

  3. Francine- The music was written exclusively for FIRST PERSON by Steve Wick who performed it. Thanks!
